If you know me well, you know that I have always been active, whether it was playing sports in school, running my first half-marathon, boxing, and my current obsession, weight lifting. Staying active and healthy has always been my motivator, stress reliever, and tool to finding my center.
If you follow my Snapchat, you know that I was snapping my workouts for the last couple of months. I got great feedback from that and so, I decided that I wanted to bring #HAZfit to my blog. As with fashion, working out has been something that I always found myself enjoying. Just as a disclaimer, I am not a professional, nor do I intend to use #HAZfit as a way to advise workout techniques. I am purely documenting my journey, what is and is not working for me, and a way to motivate a healthier lifestyle. I am still learning a lot when it comes to proper technique when working out and nutrition. We will be learning together! 😀
I am so excited to be releasing the #HAZfit series on the blog!! So, when does it start? I plan to release #HAZfit related posts on Mondays. Why Monday’s you ask? Well I just feel that Monday’s have such a bad rep. To me, Monday is the day that really sets the mood for the rest of the week. When I start my week off with positivity, I end up owning it! And that’s what my ultimate goal is to do with this series — to spread positivity! My fitness goal at the moment is habit and strength, which means there will be many video posts of my workouts. I will also blog on my meals, workout essentials, and motivational pieces that inspire me. Alright, are you ready? Because I’m pumped!
